Domestic Shipping Policy
All packages under 10 pounds will be charged a flat rate of 5 dollars for UPS ground shipping. All packages over 10 pounds will be charged 50 cents per additional pound if using UPS ground. For packages under 2 pounds, USPS will be the default shipping method unless other shipping method is specified. All other special shipping rates are priced as determined by United Parcel Service or the United States Postal Service. USPS shipping method will only be used for Hawaiin and Alaskan orders. How do I estimate Next day, 2 Day and 3 Day Ups delivery days?

• Next day is delivered on the next business day after the orders has shipped
• 2 Day is 2 business days after the order has shipped.
• 3 Day is 3 business days after the order has shipped.

Note: Weekends and holidays do not count as Ups shipping/business days.


Here are a couple of delivery time examples:

• A 2 day package shipped on Monday should be delivered on Wednesday.
• A 3 day package shipped on Monday would be delivered on Thursday.
• A 3 day package shipped on Wednesday would be delivered on Monday.

Ups business days are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday If your delivery day falls on a holiday your package should be delivered on the next Ups working day


What about Military Orders: Apo, Fpo addresses?
All Military orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. US mail to the various military addresses takes anywhere from one to eight weeks for delivery as we have been recently seeing delays in military shipments. The Us Postal Service has no tracking on military orders. Any damages or claims must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the package. If the package is damaged, take the damaged package to the military postal unit and file a report.


International Shipping Policies
Initial shipping charges will be based upon the package rate and the location, as determined by the United States Postal Service shipping rates. Customs will incur shipping charges based on the weight of order and county of destination. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges. Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card, paypal, U.S. or International Money Order, or personal check drawn on a U.S. bank. Customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your own country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual sale amount. For a description of the package contents on the Customs form, we claim "Food supplements - for personal use only". Please do not ask us to claim a "gift" or other incorrect description. We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.

As a foreign customer, you will end up with 1 of 2 numbers for your package. One of the numbers will start with LW. This means your package will be shipped via global priority. We try to do this whenever possible. It is an upgrade in shipment that does not occur with every pacakge; not every country can get global priority. This method will allow tracking. If a package weighs over 4lbs, it can not have global priority mail.

If you have a CP number: That is ONLY a customs slip number, not a tracking number. It will be used to reference your package should customs seize it. It will not track in any way.

If your package is seized, that country may destroy the shipment, send it back to us, or collect the banned items and move the rest forward. If your shipment contains 1 banned item, we are not responsible if it gets seized; you are taking a risk by ordering these items. Realize AIRMAIL may take up to a month to deliver to your country.
