I can push really hard even while cutting back on calories. Really good for cutting, lost 10 lbs in a month but did not loose any power, more likely gained strength.

Worked pretty good for me, although I was on the slow down period of working out in the gym. I would recommend it to those that aren't sensitive to stims. but can't say for certain what kind of energy it gives you mid-workout.
