This stuff is AMAZING!! I'm 60 years old and live at 5,400 ft altitude. Been a little low on the oxygen uptake ( recent doctors vist). After just 4 days I feel GREAT!! Better than the whole last year for sure. Also seems to help the asthma. I am definitely feeling the difference here. Highly recommend it.
