Have been using this product for two weeks. Notice good pumps in and out of gym. Started taking creatine ethyl ester two months prior. 225 lb bench went from 17 reps to currently 22 reps since starting h drol. Weight went up from 174 lb to 180 lb lean. Very pleased with this product.
