Im currently in Iraq and work out frequently. i have tried the Nano Vapor and that tasted horrible i had a headache and wanted to throw up. i tried the shotgun with 10 o.z. of gatorade any flavor and i love it. taste is different but good and the pumps are crazy. I worked out for a good hour and half and ran 2 miles and felt like i could do it again. will definatly buy again.
