Ive been poppin 3 every 8 hours. 1@ breakfast, lunch, and before I go to bed. Ive been doin lots of cardio trying to get down to 240, I havent noticed to much in terms of strength due to lack of calories, but i walk/jog 3 miles in the mourning, and due 20 mins on the stair master AFTER an hour and a half of lifting/training. But I havent lost any strength, so im really happy with that. Nothings worse than watching some muscle and strength go down hill from dieting, that you worked real hard for. Im still gonna give it a 5, im actually about to order another bottle. Also, I dont have MPB, but my hair does thin-out and fall out if taking "stuff", and H-drol really hasnt seemed to have a strong affect on my head. |
