Awesome product for convenience! Also, it's great to get an additional 42g of protein and not have to swallow 12 - 16oz of thick liquid like a protein shake. With this I can easily drink it and eat a few minutes later.
As for the taste, I have the orange flavor, and it's ok. ~3.2oz is easy to take quickly, but it has an add consistency. Like juice mix with way too little water. It's not bad, just something to get used to.
A little expensive per gram of protein, but hey, you have to pay for the convenience. Aint nothin free.
