just commenting on another poster who mentioned that the active ingredient is Banaba Plant; thats true but according to a USP Labs rep .. "Banaba on the market is 1% corosolic acid (some may sale a 3%) not standarized for tannins so you get about 12 times more corosolic acid per gram with PSLIN...." Assuming this is true, this product is currently the strongest of its kind. If this doesnt work for you, Banaba extract won't.
