I believe this has helped with my general energy levels and allowed me to train harder more often without getting sick etc. It also is good in a pinch if you cant get your daily intake of fresh vegetables. All over a very positive vitality supplement. BTW very good value compared to alternatives and I recommend buying the loose powder opposed to the tabs due to the tabs containing filler/binder ingredients.
