I concocted an energy stack using Geranamine in conjunction with other products.
Use: Pre-workout stim
1000 mcg B-12 1 geranamine cap 1/2 cap of Twinlab ripped fuel yohimbe 25 mg Ephedrine 1/16 tsp anyhydrous caffeine 3 tablespoons Pure baking cocoa dissolved in near boiling water (flavored with non dairy creamer & Equal)
25 minutes later...consumed a Pre-workout drink consisting of:
1/4 tsp alcar 1/4 tsp L-carnitine 1 tsp Taurine 1/4 tsp Tyrosine 1 heaping Tsp. of CEE 1 tsp creatine monohydrate 1 tsp. Glutamine
25 minutes later, commenced my workout!
I must say, not much of an energy difference between this stack and my usual Ephedrine/Yohimbe/Caffeine stack.
Slightly more peripheal motor activty, such as pacing between my sets, etc.
Felt more mentally alert, very aware of surroundings...a little too much. A didnt really get that focus factor i was hoping for with this.
Slightly more endurance, however a mild headache ensued. This may of been a result of the geranamine OR possibly the cocoa powder. It also may of had bad synergy with the arginine akg.
I also used this product on another occasion with RedBull and ginseng. Felt extremely restless and sleep was very much disturbed some 6 hours later.
I must say, this product has potential but it must be stacked right with synergistic substances. Im still fine tuning my ingredients.
