been training for 12 years. done some injectables and orals. now just the legal shit. did a 4 week cycle of epistane. 20,20,30,30. didnt feel anything until the 30. good pump, drive and strength. switched over to havoc for wk 5 and maybe 6. 2 days on havoc at 20 and i can tell you great pump and strength- didn't want to leave the gym. felt like a fucking rhino. epi- good havoc-great. gonna try to finish out wks 5,6 at 30 aday. will update. gained 5 lbs of what looks like all muscle.
