I use it for cutting. I use 3 scoops twice a day and personally mix it with an additional 3g of citrulline and 2 g of glutamine per drink. But thats just me. Tastes fine and mixes good. I only drink it during my lifting and cardio. Which I do at separate times of the day. Good stuff i would give it an A just because I really don't like drinking anything besides water when I work out, just doesn't feel right to me lol.
I have a crazy high intensity program and a crazy cardio program (I don't miss a day, ever) and I believe this makes a difference for me even if its just in my head. Its also nice not having to choke down those bcaa pills that look like they are made for horses.
