i forgot to mention one thing in my review, i took it with trimspa Ehpedra free this one day, and i dont know if it was the timing or what but i got wood that was over an inch bigger, so universal and trimspa might wanna look into joining forces and make a damn good boner pill,, it never happened when i took these products alone just when i took em together
