I wanted a bar that would act as a low sugar, high protein, low fat meal replacement. I eat 5-6 meals a day. This bar serves as my second meal for the day. I typically eat two of the smaller bars, but I decided to save some $$ and get these bigger bars. My favorite flavors are the smores and chocolate chip. Blueberry is decent. The peanut butter flavors are so so.
I work in a gym and I've tried ALOT of different bars. So far, for a low carb bar, these taste the best. Add a little peanut butter to the chocolate chip and you've got a nice snack.
Nothing beats whole foods, but if you're on the go or in the middle of class, these will fit the bill. |
