Although I find it difficult to gauge the effectiveness of a multi-vitamin, I have confidence in ON to deliver quality products. When switching from something like Centrum Sport (which always seemed, more or less, like a repackaged regular Centrum if you ask me), I feel that I am genuinely getting something geared more to my needs as a 4-5 day/week weight-lifter. Just look at the ingredients, says it all right there.
