so far i've done 4 days on it and of course i cant comment on its effectiveness. i've read all over the internet and magazines about this product and expect great things. however one article i read assured me it was okay to consume 4-6 grams a day for the first 3-4 weeks. anyway, i took this amount (about 9 times the suggested serving size on the container) and the parathesis (pins and needles) effect were too much. i felt hot, then cold sweats, the tingling was so intense and it lasted about 3 hours (it should only last 30-45 mins). after that everything was fine, but for the first time in 10 plus years of working out and supplementing, i had to leave the gym. the following day i took around 2 grams and felt much better. a better guide is to take 10mgs per pound of bodyweight. definately feel this stuf out before loading up on the bigger doses for load phases. Don't believe everything that you read, but please take my word on this... lesson learned. at least i know it is working and opening up new capularies. |
