dont know what to say about this product. it did absolutely nothing for me. i went through a whole box of this shit and i got nothing, no pumps, no exploding veins nothin. i used this in conjunction with a high carb diet (i consumed 100 grams of wms 15 mns after popping one of these) and all i got was slight increase in fat. guess im a non responder
