I enjoyed this. It gives a mild euphoric effect and over 30 days, with proper diet and exercise, I lost 15 pounds. I did notice a diuretic effect during the first week so I imagine some of it was water loss.
If someone were to actually gain fat while using this, then they were not trying to lose weight in the first place because gaining weight only occurs when someone has a caloric surplus. |
