I tried this as a stand alone and I stacked it with bulks zma i couldnt really tell if what i was feeling was from the zma or the 6 oxo. For this bottle I started at 3 capsules and about every 5 days i increased the dosage by 1 pill till i got to 6 which was my last and final dose of the small bottle. Now i have to say i probobly did not take enough especially for my body weight im 5' 9" 210 at about 10% bodyfat
i probobly should have taken 6 pills from start to finish. Im going to take a month or so off from this product then try the bigger bottle and do 6 pills from start to finish to see what happens I hope i get something out of it cause the big bottle is about 70 bucks i think. |
