Great amount of caps for the price. It would be hard if not stupid to try dose the pills in the multiple gram dosage like the powder but, if you believe the lower dosage will suffice like i do, this is perfect.
I have been popping 10-20 (depending on the activity) a day and i would have to say i have lost little to no muscle while dieting down for summer.
