This is the first amino acid supplement that I had ever taken. I noticed great gains in strength, stamina, and size after the first six months of using this stuff. That was about a year and a half ago. I then found the product Extend by scivation. I have left reviews for that product to just to have people accuse me of being a company representative. I am a poor college student in Minnesota, not a rep. I am here to tell you that 1 Fast 400's version of aminos is pretty good, decent price but the taste sucks so bad. That is why I switched to Scivation Extend. The personal trainer I worked with at the gym I worked at suggested it. If you look at it it is a better value than these aminos. These aminos are a little bit cheaper, only three dollars right now, but with extend you get glutamine and citruline malate mixed in along with larger doses of aminos per serving and a better taste. These aminos are ok and I would suggest them to anyone just needed aminos and for a cheap price, but If you want better value for what your getting and need glutamine and citruline ( which the dosages do not look big per serving, but you take two to three servings per shake ) you should get extend and save money and also get the added benefits of its other contents. Yet again, I am not a rep or some employee trying to post reviews, that is a stupid accusation, I just want people to know that this product is ok and tastes horrible, but extend is a great product that tastes much better!! |
