Just starting taking this product - can't say about product but can say about taste. NEVER, I repeat - NEVER buy lemonade flavour!!! I hardly swollow the thing - plus my supplements cupboard stinks of that product too.
I tasted many different products some of them better others worse taste - but shis? Oh, men!!
