I have read all the reviews on this product before I made my purchase. Some said it was like a sugar pill. Well I don't know what they are taking but give me some more sugar pills. Kilo sports has many good products which do just what they say. When looking for a non methal product this is it.
The gains were great, the pumps and strength in the gym were amazing. I did get some cramping but took care of that with some taurine and lots of water.
