Alpha-GPC is certainly not a bad product, however, for the price the benefits did not meet expectations. Definitely works best with other noots, and is essential when taking a lot of something that uses more brain energy,
The taste is like honey when it hits your tongue (when directly applied), but that fades immediately to a not-so-nice aftertaste. Better mixed in water or capped.
Although it is an unfair comparison, a vegan diet with lots of veggies and carrot juice did more than ANY stack of nootropics, in terms of mental acuity. The diet also made physical fatigue a thing of the past, so overall I've decided that diet is a more valuable investment. And I'm sure that a noot stack on top of this diet would be amazing, but I no longer have the money for supps.
