This nootropic was very powerfull for me. It's 'wakefullness' effects were pretty dramatic - I suffer with hypersomnia & a gram of this stuff at bedtime & I'd be awake again in 7hrs. But I dare not take it in the morning (at any dose) because for me daytime usage seems to increase stress levels. Sometimes very high, anger even. I am prone to stress so I would say to anyonyone with a tendancy to get easily stressed to be carefull with A-GPC. I no longer take this supplement.
