This is up there with Dymatize's offering of energized xpand and is a little bit ahead due to the energy you receive with this product.
The energy is crazy and seems to last a good 4-5 hrs for me.The pumps are also present and up in comparison to xpand.Focus and concentration are switched on as well as strength is also improved.
I have tried the following PWO drinks and this is how I would place them on my list so far...
1. No Shotgun
2.Energized Xpand
3.Smash
4.Shock therapy
If your budget allows u the freedom to go with the shotgun & xpand that would be my first option.If your funds are a little dim go with shock therapy and and some creatine to it as it doesn't have much in it.
I might try a couple other PWO drinks later on and will rate these as they are sampled.
I am very happy with the shotgun and xpand that I can honestly say that I do not have the need to search for another PWO drink as I am completely satisfied with these (2) products.
