Started a cycle of NO Explode, but had a hard time picking between Shotgun and Explode. Explode was good, but then I saw the 2 for 1 deal and had to jump on it. I'm glad I did. Explode is good, but Shotgun has protein and Redline in it. I take Shotgun about 30 mins preworkout, once it gets circulating in my system...man what a great pump. I'm 48, 6'2", 245, and taking 1.5 scoops preworkout.
Also, I started doing some circuit training as a warmup, 2 circuits, 15-20 reps, about 15 mins. So far my workouts have been outstanding...stronger, motivated, energetic, etc. I'd read that circuit training is a great way to activate NO products. I would have to agree 100%, what a great pump! Doing circuits instead of cardio on days off, along with 1 scoop of Shotgun...again great overall body pump. Great product! |
