personally i do not taste anything. it seems tasteless to me. i always mix it in with my protein shake or pre workout drink consisting of juice and i dont taste a thing. mixes perfect.
EFFECTS:
its hard to say. BCAA all work the same. its not gonna add lbs of muscle but i do feel better before and after the gym when taking it. I mix the waxy in with my shake and it helps me feel full and satisfied post workout meal.
