good consistent pumps...nice vascularity...compares to NO-Explode without the stim effect...have had guys in the gym ask me what i'm on..some good stuff in here too: icariin, rla, polyphenols...feel good on it...but i've taken it on two consecutive days with no change in effectiveness...very imaginitive copywriter over at Gaspari...def worth a try if you have't already...
