Bought the grape and at first I thought it was WAY too sweet. I use 6 scoops during my workout (1.5 - 2hrs). Now the sweet taste doesnt bother me at all. I do however chill it in my fridge 30min or such before just because I like it sorta cold.
I wish it mixed a little better tho, but that's not a big deal.
The main thing is I used to delayed soreness days after my deadlifts and squats. Now I dont get the delayed soreness.
I will probably make this an essential supplement in my training. |
