Does what it is suppose to. I definately became leaner, nothing magical but I didn't get all this fat overnight so one can't expect to lose it overnight either. I missed one dose one time and had a bad energy drop, so you'll surely feel it, its a great product, highly recommended! I did get better results with three caps a day, but that should be common sense.
