Been taking this product for about a week now. I only take it pre-workout, which is about 3 days a week. Like it says take this on an empty stomach to get the best results, and my results were. 1. increased strength. 2. great pump in the gym. 3. increased energy when taking 2 scoops on an empty stomach. Overall this is a great product. I give it a 4 rating due to the taste is horrible, it does make me piss a lot, and the price is a little on the high side considering you have to use 2 scoops , but everyone reacts different. It is at least worth a try |
