I don't know what people expect from this product. Continual weight lifting and running creates a need for additional antioxidants and this is one of the best. It also helps improve glucose and creatine uptake. R-ala can work synergistically with ALCA too. It is a great addition to a cutting or bulking regiment due to these factors, but will not yield astonishable results. If you were to spend an extra $15. R-ala should be what you should spend it on. A mainstay for me, I consume a capsule first thing in the morning, preworkout and postworkout. |
