So far recovery is good. This products works but again is pricey but for what you get it's worth it in then end.
Went from 3 on 2 off to 2 on and one off mostly to lose more body fat and change things up.
Using this products helps me recovery well,, especially after heavy leg days.
Besides tasting yucky it works. I can live with the yucky taste as long as the results are there.
