What I got from this product was the energy and the pumps, both of which I didn't find to be worth $40. I also noticed while on this product I started to get acne really bad, and once I quit taken it my face went back to normal. Anyone else go through this problem?
Don't get this product tho if you're looking for gains, and since pumps don't last, one should look for other alternatives for energy.
