Now I know I'm a suppliment addict. I really enjoy taking all these pills. Call me crazy but I actually like the smell of vitamins and boy oh boy do these smell strong. :-)
First day, took two paks. Felt great all day. Good mood booster. Had a great workout. Pee is wonderfuly neon (I think it might glow in the dark too)
I've taken lots of different vits and next to this one I really liked ADAM by now foods but I'm leaning more toward these now for over all well being and energy boost. Good stuff.
