the powder is bright orange, and statically charged. For me, I dosed twice, in the morning and at noon, each aprox 150 mg, maybe more. Didn't notice the effects until mid to late afternoon. It put a spring in my step, and made my mind quick and agile. Great stuff. However, I slept 2 hours less than usual that night and woke up feeling "rested". I decided this might be a problem, so I took a sleep aid, but that didn't help much and after a few days I started to make dumb mistakes, I attribute it to the problem with my sleeping.
I have a history of sleeplessness, and in hind sight I would try using less, and only in the morning. I still use it occasionally.
So, powerfull stuff (but slow acting, 3-4 hours?) and cheap. 4 stars for me |
