I actually have to take back my previous review. I finally decided to take this stuff out of the closet again after my first bad experience. At first I was impatient and took 3 scoops my very first time and had my head in the toilet.
So I gave it a shot again and took 1 scoop for the first week then slowly built up to 2 scoops. I love the energy it provides and the motivation it gives me to pump iron. Great!
