Good product, but im tired of people saying "It didn't work." Well if you took it often like 3 times a day and lifted weights hard enough, then it will work garunteed. So if you say it doesnt work, get a clue on how to use it. I would give it a 5 but it doesn't taste that good, but if it works who cares, right!
