These people who give this product 1 star are either on crack or are just haters. There is no way this shit doesn't work for anyone who uses it unless they are a hardcore responder to all types of these products, if that's the case they should know better than to leave their lame reviews.
This is the most intense stuff I have ever used. And only on 2 scoops! I had to adjust from 2 scoops the first time, to 1 scoop, then 1.5, 1.75 and then finally back to 2 scoops because it was so strong. The pumps I would get off this are incredible, my muscles would swoll so bad that I would almost consider giving up on the set altogether.
My endurance was never a issue while on this stuff either, 2.5 hour workouts are a breeze and that's BEFORE cardio. This shit did raise my heart rate up pretty high at first but once you get used to it then it would fall a bit, its still higher than if I don't use it but that's fine.
Focus was increased as well, every rep, every set just felt better, and I found myself throwing in extra reps and sets with every workout. Along with increased poundage's. The pumps are by far the largest I have ever had and my intensity was through the roof as well. I wanted to destroy everything in my path. I'm not exaggerating at all. This shit set me off!
The 2 bad things about this product (for me anyway) is the taste. The Orange taste like the pink soap in the men's room or some kind of dish soap. Friggan nasty ass shit. The 2nd thing and by far the worst and what will prolly keep me from buying another bottle is insane loose stool. The next day after the work out I would have the most worst diarrhea ever. And all day too until the next day. I would have to take 1-2 Imodium AD's just to keep my ass at bay. Just the other day I was taking a shower and a surprise blast come on and I had a head full of shampoo and couldn't get out of the shower fast enough, I ended up squirting liquid ass right in the tub. I have never had uncontrollable shits like that EVER. I think its due to the type of creatine they use in this. I was hoping this side effect would subside but it does not seem like its going to happen. I have been using this for just over 2 weeks now. Other than that no complaints.
Its def worth a try, its some STRONG stuff though. Don't pay attention to the haters, some people just hate on everything good cuz maybe it doesn't work for them or they dont use it right. Most likely they just don't have a clue or were expecting to pack on 15lbs of muscle with a bottle which this will not do for you. Its a workout AID.
I'd give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the ass problems. Its a solid 4 though. |
