Amazing! Instant increase in stamina and strength. My bench jumped from 175 to 225 in a month and i put on 5 solid pounds of lean muscle and also trimmed down. All my weights went up drastically across the board. Only doing 100 abs e/o day i got a six pack and the "V". Forearms, bis, tris, delts, traps, lats, pecs all got larger with nice vascularity. The only draw back is a litle acne. Other than that miracle pill. I'm also NOT on a sensible diet.
